"Guys I don’t know where to begin... I’ll start out with saying Phillip Fehler is more then a Broker he is a friend and wants to help you with your real estate needs. I contacted Phillip a couple of months ago because cause I was looking to buy a property and I was trying to sale another house out of state. Phillip voluntarily asked to help me find a respected real estate agent in the city my house was located in to help the sales process go smoothly. The next thing that happened is Phillip and I found the perfect house in the Fort Bragg area and put the property under contract to buy. As soon as we signed the contract Phillip has been non stop working for me and my family well above that which I was expecting. He’s been a true professional and has made this experience of buying a home a memorable one. He communicates we me everyday even just to check in and say hello as well as to give me updates from his recent conversations with the listing agent and some times the mortgage lender. He is extremely proactive and ensures the listing agent and seller are doing their part to ensure the transaction happens. He also lets the seller know when they need to do better on their part to ensure they are doing what they are supposed to in a timely manner!!
