"Mr Phillip was fantastic from day one! He spent a lot of time, monthsss, helping my wife and I find our home. We were very picky with the style we looked for. This being our first home buy, he was very patient and quick to explain many thing we didn’t understand. He always set aside a time for us on our only day off. We are very thankful that Mr Phillip was our relator! Even after our purchase, he has checked in with us and always makes himself available for any questions we have!"

"Very knowledgeable. When I was looking at some properties for my first home, Mr. Fehler gave great advice from his professional standpoint as a realtor as well as his personal standpoint as a homeowner. He told me things to consider that I would not have thought about as a first-time homebuyer (like ceiling height, and how older houses tend to come with major expenses in the long run.) He's been a great help."
