"I worked with Phil on a recent transaction. He represented the seller and I represented the buyer. Tons of issues with the house as well as issues with underwriting that no one could have foreseen coming and he was a professional throughout. Sometimes when these things happen you’ll deal with people at their worst but Phil was calm and cool, communicating with me and his sellers throughout and helped us get this to closing with both a happy buyer and seller. Hopefully we will get to work together on another one!"
